BC: before cat (Amber is her name). Flop out of bed, stagger to kitchen. Make coffee. Open blinds. Sit with coffee and enjoy view. Stagger back to bedroom, get dressed. Search refrig’ for breakfast items. Time elapsed: 20 minutes.
