In Memoriam: Curt Parmer, lot 95

In Memoriam:  Curtis (Curt) Parmer
    Timber Valley was saddened to hear that Curtis (Curt) Parmer of Lot 95 passed away on August 31, 2025 in Roseburg, Oregon.
    Curt was born August 20, 1936 in Greenwood, Arkansas.  He served in the U S Navy from 1954 to 1958 on a mine sweeper.  He met his future bride, Caroline (Carol) at church.  Curt sang in the choir and Carol later joined the choir.  They were married in 1967 in California where they both lived.  He worked at Purex before they moved to Texas.  They lived in Tomball, Texas and Curt worked for River Plantation in Maintenance for the next 22 years.  They came to Timber Valley on June 25, 2010.  Curt was active in the park with the Landscape Committee and on the irrigation system.
             He is survived by his wife Carol and daughter Renee of Tomball, Texas.  he was preceded in death by his other daughter Sherril in 2022.  He is remembered as a good man, husband and father.  Carol plans to remain in the park.
