Jacks & Jill Guidelines for Review

Dear Jacks & Jills Member,

As directed by the Timber Valley Board, we have been working hard on updating the Jacks & Jills guidelines and creating guidelines for kitchen use. We believe that we’ve made significant progress towards presenting the proposed guidelines for a vote at the Jacks & Jills meeting on June 26.

To help ensure that all Jacks & Jills members have the opportunity to review and comment prior to the 26th, a copy of the proposed guidelines has been posted on the Timber Valley Website. Printed copies will also be available at the mail room. In addition, we are randomly distributing copies to various park members. If you are one of the recipients, feel free to share your copy and/or discuss with park friends and neighbors.

For any comments, questions, or concerns, email dvanwest47@gmail.com, text or call me at 714-273-0743, or simply come by Lot 182. Please submit your inputs by Friday, June 23 so we have enough time to include them for discussion at our monthly Jacks & Jills meeting on June 26.

    I think you did a great job with this revision. There is one thing that I don’t see addressed and that is the use of the kitchen by renters for personal use either because RV ovens are too small or they don’t want to heat up their rigs. Is this permitted with or without a sponsor?
