  1. I did not know Claude very well, however, whenever I spotted him sitting in front of his trailer, he would wave and smile. It reminded me that every small gesture adds to the goodwill of our community. My heartfelt condolences go out to Daphne and all those who loved Claude.

  2. Rick De Young says:

Claude and Daphne have been my neighbors ever since I moved onto Spruce Road in 2007 and he was always pleasant and cheerful, despite being on oxygen most of the time. He had a good sense of humor and really enjoyed telling jokes, or just joking with you. He had an electrical engineering background (I believe) and was one of the first to buy a portable generator after our Snowmegedon experience in 2019; he was very willing to share his electrical knowledge as well. I am so sorry that I just today learned of his passing. My best wishes and condolences to Daphne and the rest of his family. Rick De Young, Lot 184
