Spectrum Update Tonight

We will be upgrading the network in your area between 12 AM tonight and 12 PM tomorrow.
 
Here’s What You Can Expect:
  • During the scheduled upgrade work, your service may be temporarily affected.
  • If you are a Spectrum Voice subscriber, access to 911 will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window. Please be prepared with other options, such as a charged cell phone, in case of an emergency.
  • Provided time estimates for work completion may change. In some cases, the upgrade can be finished earlier than expected.
  • The upgrade will take place automatically, and your service will return when it is complete. No action is required by you.
Please note: Scheduled recordings may take up to three days to reset. Review your scheduled recordings to ensure all future programs are set as desired. Programs that have already been recorded will not be affected.
 
If you experience any issues after the upgrade, restart your Spectrum set-top box by unplugging it from the power outlet for 60 seconds and then plugging it in again. You can also find troubleshooting steps online for Spectrum TV, Spectrum Voice and Spectrum Internet.
