If you, like me, spent much of Tuesday waiting for the Census people to stop by, consider taking matters into your own hands and go online or telephone them to make sure you are counted.
I went to 2020Census.gov and found my way to the (Click here) Online questionnaire.
The only ‘glitch’ is that after I started the questionnaire, the instructions ask for a 12-digit “Census ID.” Because I have not received any correspondence or visits from the Census Bureau, I did not have a Unique Census ID. However, immediately below the Login button is a hot link “If you do not have a Census ID, click here.”
Once I hit that link, the entire process took about 15 minutes.
