An Eye on Water Use

Rain…It’s What Makes Oregon Green…BUT…
Do we really need to be running water irrigation systems during this rainy spell?
As stated in the Lot Landscape Guidelines:

“Automatic sprinkler or drip systems are acceptable in the park. Automatic sprinkler systems can also cause excessive run-off when it rains (Oregon winters can get very rainy). Turn off watering systems during these times. When leaving the park for an extended stay, have someone monitor your system to assure it is working properly.”

We’ve been in a rainy spell for the last week or so.  Until the weather dries, it is highly encouraged that automatic systems be turned off temporarily.

Thank You…our pocket books (think M&Os) thank you.
