CPR-AED workshop during Annual Meeting week

On Wed., July 18, 2 p.m., in the Clubhouse … Learn how you can save a life with CPR and AED (Automatic Electro Defibrillator).

Many of us at Timber Valley have heart conditions and may suffer from a ‘SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST.’

This informal class is being presented by the Sutherlin Fire Department, and will provide participants with two critical skills that can save lives.

When you know how to perform Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) you can save a life. CPR does not require mouth to mouth contact and is easy to learn.

If you know how to use an AED or Automatic Electro Defibrillator you can also save a life. Using an AED is easy and cannot harm the victim of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

Participants will be able to demonstrate their ability to perform both skills. Sign up for this workshop on the Fun Days Sign-up Sheets in the Big Room in the Clubhouse.
