‘Civil War’ Football Game
 – Oregon vs. Oregon State Football, Sat., Nov. 26 on the Clubhouse’s big screen

It’s been a tradition at Timber Valley to watch Oregon’s biggest rivalry football game with our friends on the big screen — Saturday, Nov. 26 at 4 p.m. in the Clubhouse. Be sure to bring potluck football snacks to share and your own social beverage. There will be a football pool to keep things interesting.

The Civil War is the colloquial name for an American college football rivalry game played annually in Oregon, between the Ducks of the University of Oregon in Eugene and the Beavers of Oregon State University in Corvallis. First played in 1894, it is the fifth most played college football rivalry game in NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision. Both universities are members of the North Division of the Pac-12 Conference.” — Wikipedia

The Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers have met on the football field 120 times. The Ducks hold a 63-47-10 edge over the Beavers.

Game Day Football Pool to be organized by Art Hampton.
